Kate Bradley

  • Kate BradleyBorn of British blood on French Canadian soil, I have always been a little…off. I therefore had no choice but to become an artist.

After studying Graphic Design and then changing to study traditional 2D Cartoon Animation, I finally found my true calling in commercially and privately commissioned illustration. I have specialized in sketch card art since 2007 when I was approached to work on the Inkworks’ Hellboy: Sword of Storms series. Since then I have worked for Topps, Upper Deck, Rittenhouse and DC on such titles as Lord of the Rings Masterpieces 2; Marvel Masterpieces 1, 2 and 3; Star Wars Galaxy 4, 5 and 6; Women of Marvel; Justice League; X-men Archives; The Avengers and so on.

More recently I have enjoyed working for smaller, artist run companies that have been releasing limited trading card sets with sketch cards, namely Bad Axe Studios (Treasure Chests and Booty, Dungeon Dolls) and Perna Studios (Classic Mythology).
